Facility

Mach´s 60,000 sq. ft. facility is conveniently located in Houston, Texas near the I-45 and 610 North Loop interchange with nearby access to an international airport, major railways, and the Houston ship channel.

Equipment within the covered facility includes one of the largest line-ups of press brakes in the world, a plate bending roll, shears, and a heat treating facility. The heavy equipment manufacturing facility is housed separately from the fabricating facility to allow for clean room facilities and a large welding bay.

Welding Procedures: To date, we have developed 400 welding procedures which makes it possible for us to produce pipe and fittings in many of the ferrous and non ferrous materials such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, titanium, zirconium, chrome and carbon steel.
